COMMERCIAL ENERGY AUDIT ASSISTANCE

DRG green certified businesses are required to have an ASHRAE Level 1 energy audit if they have control over building and equipment upgrades
in their facility (as in the ability to upgrade lighting, HVAC systems, etc.).
Participants must select an auditing firm that can deliver a "Targeted" ASHRAE Level I audit by a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
Note: Tenants leasing space with utility bills included in their rent rate are not required to have an energy audit. Dayton Regional Green and Dayton Power & Light (DP&L) are providing assistance:
