To be eligible for the subsidy, a customer must: Be Green Certified through DRG3 Have more than 16 FTEs(Full Time Employees) Use under 1,000,000 kWh Per Year Consistent with DRG3 requirements, participants must select an auditing firm that can deliver a “Targeted” ASHRAE Level I audit by a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
